Mais Non!

I'm not really sure what you're supposed to do with Brie. Do you slice it? Spread it? What about the rind thing, are you supposed to eat that? What are you supposed to eat Brie with? I'm partial to pepperoni and Brie on bread, but I have a feeling that's not quite the "proper" usage. It's all way too confusing. Now mac and cheese, man, I'm all over that. I don't even have to read the directions!

I'm guessing I could never be a Hilton.

Don't eat the rind and spread like butter. But is must be served with a great wine. Okay the cheese isn't that important.

I think you are supposed to spread it on crackers. . .but i don't really know. genuine is right about the rind.

I actually looked it up - you CAN eat the rind, but "most people prefer not to." My favorite way to eat it: bake it. Just put it in a glass dish (with rind), sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped apples, and bake at 425? for about 15 minutes. Then eat with crackers. Just dip the crackers in it. It's very good.
